Day Distributing is a 100% employee owned entity. The Day Distributing Co. Employee Stock Ownership Plan and Trust owns the company. Day Distributing Co. was founded in 1957 by Robert Day. Day became an ESOP company in 1992. We service the following counties: Anoka, Wright, Carver, Scott, Dakota, Western Hennepin, McLeod, and parts of Goodhue, Rice, LeSueur, Blue Earth, Waseca, Steele, Meeker and Sibley.
