Avery

Avery IPA

Colorado's first packaged IPA. It was first brewed in 1996. 6.5%ABV, 70 IBUs Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops mean big pine resin, grapefruit rind, floral nose and stunning palate presence. Ferments to 1009! Dry enough to drink a bunch before you're full!

White Rascal

Authenic Belgian Wit Bier or White Ale. Brewed with real Hoegaarden yeast, Curacao Orange peels and fresh milled coriander. No shortcuts, just great flavor. 5.1% ABV and spiced with sterling and Saaz hops.

Ellie's Brown

An American style Brown, a little more hoppy and malty (more falvorul) than it's British counterparts. All old world hops, in this case Bullion, Sterling and Fuggle are the perfect counterpoint to the well roasted chocolate and coffee components.  Balance is what keeps people coming back to this beer. It's always very flavorful but doesn't sit cloying on your palate. Every sip leaves you excited for one more.

Out of Bounds Stout

This big, roasty, American Style Dry Stout takes flavor to the extreme. They aren't afraid to use plenty of rich roasted barley and a mountain of hops to give this full-bodied stout that little extra something you've been looking for in a beer.

Hog Heaven Barleywine Style Ale

This dangerously drinkable garnet beauty is a hop lover's delight. The intense dry-hop nose and the alcohol content are perfectly balanced for a carmel candy-like malt finish. This is a serious beer for serious beer afficianados and it only gets better with age. Cellarable for 3 years.

18th Anniversary Ale

For this year's celebratory brew, they decided to focus on the characteristics that certain yeasts bring to the party. Each of the five Belgian yeasts selected adds its own unique aspect to the flavor and aroma of this saison. The hefty addition of rye helps dry this beauty out and lends another spicy component to the flavor. And for added fun, they dry-hopped it, too! Take your time and smell and taste the complexities that Eighteen has to offer.
