Hacker Pschorr
Gold
The slightly higher original gravity gives this pale export beer its typical gold bright color. Alc. 5.5% by volume.
Edel
Bright, bottom-fermented lager highly attenuated, soft and fresh taste, hoppy aftertaste pleasant. Alc. 5.0% by volume.
Dunkel
Bottom-fermented dark export beer, darker special malts by Munich's tradition produced, spicy, malty aroma. Alc. 5.0% by volume.
Hefe Weisse
Genuine old Bavarian wheat beer, unfiltered, from 2/3 wheat and 1/3 barely malt, highly attenuated, tangy, refreshing typical top-fermenting with typical taste. Alc. 5.3% by volume.
Dark Weisse
Produced a dark white, dark wheat and barley highly attenuated, malty aroma top fermenting with typical taste. Alc. 5.3% by volume.
Oktoberfest
A gold colored, bottom fermented typical Bavarian special beer for the Oktoberfest time, fermented medium-high, malty aroma and taste, very mild bitterness. Alc. 5.8% by volume.
Paulaner
Original Munich
Brilliant aged gold color. Sweet honeyed raisin nut bread dough aromas. A round entry leads to a tangy light to medium body with sweet lemon, tangerine, toast and golden raisin flavors. Finishes with a gentle, sweet citrus and mineral fade.
Hefe-Weizen
Hefe-Weizen is the Paulaner brewery's best-selling variety. Fizzy, mild and fruity with a delicate aroma of yeast. Because it's not filtered during the brewing process, it retains it's originality and the many vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Oktoberfest
Clear, deep amber with an orange cast, topped by a cream colored head that holds well. The aroma is a lightly toasted Vienna malts. Dark toffee notes are revealed, only to be quickly ushered away by a spicy hop flavor. There is an underlying fruitiness that includes apple, grape, and plum. The finish is dry with a lightly lingering spicy hop. Very well balanced, alternating between a lightly sweet malt and a crisp bitterness. refreshing and highly drinkable.
Pils
Paulaner Premium Pils is brewed in strict accordance with the traditional Pilsen brewing method using hops from Hallertau. Its light color and stiff foam distinguish it from other beers.
Salvator
The Paulaner Salvator with its strong, typically malty taste is the original Paulaner. The bottom-fermented Doppelbock-Bier unites the finest hops and dark barley malt. The Paulaner monks served Salvator as a replacement for food at Lent. Its original recipe is today almost the same as it was back in 1773.
Thomas Brau
Like all Paulaner Weissbiere, it is top-fermented, made of the finest wheat malt, and offers the typical refreshing taste. The gentle dealcoholisation process is carried out after the usual brewing process. Thanks to the many elements, minerals and vitamins it contains it has a very high isotinic effect.
